DAI is recruiting for anticipated USAID-funded activity to strengthen the resiliency of Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene markets and services in Tanzania through partnership with the Government of Tanzania, the private sector and civil society. The activity will work at the national and regional levels to support policy, planning, capacity and system building, market development, and sector coordination.

Candidates sought for the following indicative roles:

Water Resources Lead: Lead the analysis, planning, and implementation of work to develop the capacity of institutions with the mandate to protect and allocate critical water resources – with a central role in coordination and partnership among multiple water users.

Qualifications:

• At least ten (10) years of experience working with basin water boards, commissions, and water users associations to conduct analysis, set goals, engage partners, and implement sustainable water resource management strategies,
• At least five (5) years of experience working on water resources management in Tanzania on donor-funded projects.
