Key Responsibilities:

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Activity;

Ensure receipt and dispatch of food commodities as per standards
Supervise Store Keepers to assume their duties accurately
Ensure proper documentation as per requirement
Ensure the cleanliness of the warehouses to the acceptable level
Liaise with Food Distribution Staff for better planning of required and delivery of food commodities in a timely manner
Compile quality periodical reports timely
Participate in monthly Physical Inventory exercise

KNOWLEDGE/ QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLES

Required Professional Experience

One-year experience in working with humanitarian operations,
Experience in handling commodities management
Experience in working with refugee programs

Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification

Training in commodities management, and response training.

Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications

Degree in Accountant or Procurement
Certification from Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technicians Board (PSPTB) is an added advantage,
