Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in candidates, verifying their identification and ensuring they are aware of test procedures.
• Monitor and maintain the test environment, ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly and that testing protocols are adhered to.
• Administer tests according to company guidelines and procedures.
• Provide assistance to candidates with any queries or concerns during the test.
• Report any incidents or irregularities observed during the testing process.
• Perform routine administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining test schedules.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of all testing materials and candidate information.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or customer service are a plus.
• Previous experience in a test center or similar environment is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict procedures.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
