Job Description
Role purpose:
•Management of all Identity Management systems i.e. Active directory, IRS & ARM
•Management of collaboration, communication and IT office systems i.e. Microsoft exchange, Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, File server, Microsoft SharePoint, Trello, DocuSign and User Access Management
•Manage corporate applications system’s capacity and performance
•Installation and deployment of Operating systems, databases and corporate applications
•Patch management. All systems in the scope should at any point in time comply with the patch process and have latest approved security patches
•Ensuring Compliance to security policies and procedures for IT Service delivery & corporate applications systems.
Job Description
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
•Ensure systems and applications security by safe guarding against unauthorized access
•Manage changes to systems or applications via change management process.
•Provide 2nd line support for all identity management, unified communication and digital collaboration related queries
•Patch management. All systems in the scope should at any point in time comply with the patch process and have latest approved security patches
•Support all Integration of active directory and/or exchange mail to third party systems and applications
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
•Systems Management methodologies

•Planning and organizing skills
•Skilled at delivering training on IT systems, processes and tools to technical and non-technical audiences.
Must have technical/professional qualifications:
•B.Sc. in Computer Science/IT or Computer Engineering / Electronics Communication
• 1 to 3 years working experience in IT
•Experience in Microsoft Exchange 2016
•Active directory configuration with wide knowledge in management of Group policy, Certificates, DNS and Microsoft File server services.
•Experience in the design and rollout of software application
