Mponde Holding Company Limited (MHCL) is incorporated as Limited Liability Company established under the Companies Act Cap 212. The Company is solely owned by the Public Entities. The MHCL head office is located at Plot 38 Kweminyasa – Mponde, Bumbuli District Council in Tanga Region. The Company owns a tea-processing factory at Mponde and deals with the purchase of green tea leaves and processing the same.

The MHCL is seeking to employ qualified, dynamic, committed, responsible, and self-motivated people to fill the following vacant positions mentioned below:

Supplies officer (1)

Main Responsibilities

• Keep records of purchase and sensitive documents in safe custody
• To consolidate the Company procurement requirements for preparation of annual procurement plan
• Post entries in material supplies ledgers and Preparation of Tender Board Meeting
• Check transactions in stores accounting documents and registers.
• Responsible for physical checks and accounts of received goods
• Prepare purchase requisitions/orders upon approval by your supervisor
• To check and prepare statements of requirements, tender advertisement, and contract documents

Academic qualification

Holders of Bachelor Degree in Material Management, Procurement and Logistics Management. Having CPSP/CSP or equivalent is an added advantage.

Work experience

Candidate shall have 3 years working experience in a related field.

Remuneration

As provided in the salary structure and in the MHCL Incentive Scheme.
