What you’ll do

Lead, coordinate, and support a team of mentors who provide mentorship to participants in the Incubator & Small Grants Program.
Facilitate training on key topics in the Incubator curriculum, such as business development, financial management, and scaling social enterprises.
Serve as a key advisor for participants by offering one-on-one coaching, tracking progress, and supporting the development of business plans and prototypes.
Participate in the grant application review process, supporting the selection of grant recipients and providing feedback on grant proposals.
Ensure timely submission of monthly mentorship reports and provide insights on participant progress, program challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Why us

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Social Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in mentorship, coaching, enterprise development, or program coordination.
Strong understanding of business development, social entrepreneurship, and enterprise growth strategies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire participants and foster growth.
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment.
