SLOT ATTENDANTS AND SLOT ATTENDANTS SUPERVISOR:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience- 2 years and above
• Must speak good English
• Women will be given more priority

GENERAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Leading completion of daily tasks within the department or work unit.

2. Providing professional representation at internal and external meetings and events.

3. Perform routine procedures with slot machine printers, bill validators, adding/removing paper and performing minor repairs.

4. Monitors the operation of assigned slot machines and participates in payout of manual jackpot payouts, etc., in a legible manner, assists customers on a timely basis with requests for change.

5. Maintain secure key controls at all times.

6. Perform minor machine maintenance and reset machines with keys.

7. Perform any other activities as instructed by your supervisor

8.The Gaming industry is a service industry and attendants are expected to be able treat all customers with the utmost courtesy, diplomacy, and respect.

9. At all times Attendants must be polite and attentive to customer’s needs.

10.To provide the information about type of game and observe players for appropriate activity while at the machine.
