POSITION: ROLLER OPERATOR (2)

FABEC INVESTMENT LIMITED, a leading Civil, Telecom engineering and mining service is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roller Operator.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical expertise in the operation, maintenance, and repair of heavy machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently operate roller to support various construction and material handling tasks.
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on the machines.
Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with heavy machinery.
Maintain detailed logs of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and repairs.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols and ensure the safe operation of all machinery at all times.
Qualifications:

Have a Diploma, Certificate or Form Education level.
English language is a priority.
Proven experience as a Roller Operator with proficiency.
In-depth technical knowledge of heavy machinery, including hydraulic and electrical systems.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform complex troubleshooting and repairs.
Certification or technical training in heavy machinery operation and maintenance is highly desirable.
Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on safety and quality control.
