Relationship Officer

  • Work Station: Dar es Salaam
  • Basic Job Functions:
    • Ensure portfolio performance within company limits.
    • Manage conversions of pre-banking, demand, and repossession buckets.
    • Retain customers and address concerns.
    • Support departmental functions.
    • Onboard new customers within 3 days.
    • Ensure timely settlements and communicate with clients.
    • Prepare weekly portfolio reports and daily conversion reports.
  • Job Qualification & Experience:
    • Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
    • At least 2 years of sales and marketing experience.
    • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Additional Attributes:
    • Good communication skills.
    • Excellent computation skills.
    • Literacy in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Good time management skills.
