One-Year Contract Employment Opportunities

The President’s Office, Public Service Management and Good Governance, through letter Ref. No. FA. 97/228/02″A/183 dated 12th December 2024, has authorized the Architects and Quantity Surveyors Registration Board (AQRB) to employ qualified Tanzanians on a one-year contract basis to fill 15 vacant positions. AQRB is now inviting dynamic, proactive, and suitably qualified individuals to apply for the following positions:

Records Management Assistant II (4 Posts)

Qualifications:

Diploma in Records Management, Archives Management, or related fields.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing file indexes/registers.
Maintain records/documents in the registry.
File, dispatch, and cross-check correspondence.
Maintain diaries and records for file movements.
Receive, record, and distribute incoming/outgoing mail.
Remuneration: AQRB 3.1

General Requirements:
Applicants must be Tanzanian citizens and aged 45 years or below.
Attach an up-to-date CV with reliable contact information, including postal address, email, and telephone numbers.
Submit copies of the following certificates:
Form IV and Form VI certificates
Professional certificates (if applicable) verified by the relevant authorities (NECTA, TCU, NACTE).
Indicate three reputable referees with reliable contacts.

• All applicants must be ready to work at AQRB’s offices located in various zones: Mbeya, Arusha, Mwanza, Dar es Salaam, and Dodoma.
