Job Summary

To assist the RA division in providing the business with assurance services on Revenues and preventing Leakages around the Prepaid Platform and MFS Business. He will perform professional audit work individually or as a team in order to ensure quality products and also identify and mitigate risks as part of Revenue Assurance value addition.

Job Description

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure Effective End to End Processes around MFS;
Perform an End to End review of MFS Controls and ensure controls are adequate and complete Perform risk analysis of key Processes of MFS and ensure controls have been embedded in the processes
Perform and Monitor Daily MFS Opening and Closing reconciliation and share any identified issues immediately
Review the MFS Commission validation and payment process and ensure all checks are in place. Monitor and configure MFS Syshelp Alerts.
Ensure Effective End to End Processes around Prepaid Voice, SMS and Data;
Validate Voice, SMS and Data Revenues during month end reporting to avoid wrong postings in the Accounting GL
Assist with Product Assurance
Monitor the Daily Trend of all Products and raise alarms
Reporting and Dashboards
Ensure RA monthly MFS Dashboard is completed and reviewed internally by the 08th of every month
Monitor the Prepaid Dashboards and signoff before 05th of every month and raise an alarm whenever there is a spike
Monitor National interconnect Trend and perform reconciliation with IT to make sure there are no discrepancies

Others

Assist in developing Revenue Assurance culture across the organization
Participate on cross functional teams to Resolve Revenue Assurance issues and Implement RA controls
Build the RA brand and market RA to internal and external stakeholders Any other task assigned by the Manager.

Education background and Experience

Bachelor Degree in IT
Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
Knowledge in Database applications (SQL, Oracle, Access) Knowledge in Excel
Revenue Assurance and Risk related experience

Excellent business knowledge (emerging markets and economics of telecoms)
Team player.
Ability to relate well at all levels in the organization
Organized, flexible and customer oriented person who can work within short deadlines Capable of working efficiently and effectively with minimum supervision
Strong interpersonal skills with experience working across different functions
