PROCUREMENT OFFICER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible all the procurement of spare parts for the company.
Responsible for developing and the implementation of sound procure­ment procedures for the company
Maintain accurate current year and historical procurement files
Other duties as may be assigned by the Managers
Qualifications

Degree in Procurement and Logistics
Intense knowledge of spare parts for trucks and trailers 3 years minimum
experience in the transport industry
Knowledge of SAP system will be an added advantage
HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE

This is a very senior position of the company

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Formulation of sound Human resources policies and procedures for the company.
Ensures the company is compliant with all the labour laws of the country
In charge of the payroll and ensures that all statutory payments are time­ly done
Maintain accurate current year and historical staff files
Other duties as may be assigned by the Senior Managers
Qualifications

Degree in Human Resources Management Intense knowledge of Tanzanian Labour laws 3 years minimum experience in the transport industry Knowledge of SAP system will be an added advantage
