Locations: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

Responsibilities:

• Assist procurement supervisor or project procurement manager(PPM) finish supplier qualification process according to different demand scenarios .
• Complete related works in accordance with the supplier qualification process, all scoring with supporting documents
• Able to independently complete supplier selection 100% fully comply with the process requirement.
• Good data analysis ability, can do the basic cost analysis
• Good capability to do the local supplier sourcing of the engineering service and related material
• Have basic financial knowledge, can read the financial report.
• Has good communication capability, be a coordinator can handle supplier’s daily problem
• Assist the procurement supervisor in the sourcing and development of local suppliers
• Assist and support engineering service project delivery guarantee team resource from suppliers
• Assist procurement supervisor to complete the acquisition and establishment of local cost benchmark；
• Have honesty and integrity

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience
• Negotiation, procurement basic knowledge, communication skill data analysis logic analysis project management skill
• Implementation of standard procurement process, manage the supplier performance with the problem resolving,
• Able to do country cost based line, and do the frame bidding
