DUTIES:-

• Collect orders from the existing and prospective customers through relations based approach.

• Establish personal contacts by making phone calls /visit and secure new business accounts/customers.

• Monitoring business activities and furnishing management with oral and written reports to customers need,problems,interests and competitions activities.

• Communicate and advise resolutions to customer’s problems and complaints.

• Archive targets assigned by management

• Suggest new products to improve the market

• Promote,negotiate,and deliver products.

• Make in personal visits and presentations to existing an prospective agro dealer and commercial farms.

• Controlling aging and collection  from your areas.

• Following up debt collection on weekly basis and offer action plans for debt collection.

• Performing other related duties as assigned by the supervisor along chain of command.

Essential 

• Degree in agriculture ,agronomy ,horticulture.

• Experience in agriculture sales and marketing more than 2 year will be highly preferred.

• Excellent negotiation,interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to maintain strategic business relationships

• Demonstrated  cultural respect and understanding of issues facing culturally diverse communities
