Position Title: Operational Manager

1. Planning and preparing detailed travel itineraries Arranging and booking transportation and accommodation services.
2. Tracking mileage;
3. Making sure the fuel expenses are in line with the principle of the economy;
4. Enforcing the company’s safe driving policy;
5. Communicating with the Company’s drivers and making sure they arrive for transfers timely;
6. Acting as a positive representation of the business to the community.
7. Determining tourists’ preferences, such as schedules and costs
8. Planning itinerates about tour packages, excursions, and day trips
9. Handling complaints and promptly resolving queries from customer

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor degree in tourism and Hospitality, management, or a related field
2. 3-5 years of work experience as a Tour Manager, Travel Agent, Travel Planner, Travel Consultant, or a similar role in the Travel and Tourism industry
3. Complete knowledge of booking tickets and making other travel arrangements
4. Highly motivated and professional individual
5. Excellent time management .and organizational skills
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. A team player with and ability to work independently
8. Ability to work for flexible hours and on weekends
9. Ability to offer excellent customer service
