Tanzania Revenue Workers Union (TAREWU) is a trade union registered under the Laws of Tanzania. It was established with the view of strengthening unity, managing and defending revenue workers’ rights and interests in the workplace. TAREWU invites innovative, performance driven, dynamic and suitable qualified Tanzanians to fill the following three vacant posts:

Office Management Assistant (1 Post)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Undertake all secretarial services of the Union;
Manage all records and documents of the Union;
Undertake front office operations and maintain cleanliness of office and premises.
Perform any other duty as assigned by Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPIRIENCE AND SKILLS

Holder of Diploma of Records Management or Secretarial Studies or equivalent qualifications from any recognised institution with working experience of at least 2 years in related field. Customer care, computer competency in MS-Word, MS-Excel, Internet, Email and MS-Publisher are also relevant skills to this post.

REMUNERATION: TAS 2

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Applicant must be a Tanzanian citizen with age not above 35 years;
