POSITION: MOTOR GRADER OPERATOR (4)

FABEC INVESTMENT LIMITED, a leading Civil, Telecom engineering and mining service is seeking a highly skilled and experienced motor grader Operator.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical expertise in the operation, maintenance, and repair of heavy machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently operate motor grader to support various construction and material handling tasks.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on the machines.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with heavy machinery.
• Maintain detailed logs of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and repairs.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and ensure the safe operation of all machinery at all times.

Qualifications:

• Have a Diploma, Certificate or Form Education level.
• English language is a priority.
• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Machine Operator with proficiency in operating motor grader.
• In-depth technical knowledge of heavy machinery, including hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform complex troubleshooting and repairs.
• Certification or technical training in heavy machinery operation and maintenance is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on safety and quality control.
