Job Responsibilities

Position: Matron and Assistant Teacher
Supervisor: Head Teacher / School Administrator

Ensure the safety of children inside and outside the school grounds.
Assist children with hygiene when using the bathroom.
Feed children and maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including cleaning dishes.
Clean classrooms, toilets, sleeping areas, and bedding.
Assist teachers in the classroom to care for children.
Escort the driver to transport children to and from their homes.
Take care of the station’s property.
Maintain records of cleaning and accommodation supplies.
Participate in religious services and assist as scheduled.
Be present at the workplace or notify when leaving if it is during work hours.
Assist and advise on crop planting and livestock farming for the school and services.
Assist with other station activities as directed by the leadership.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate with a certificate in childcare or community welfare.
At least one year of experience in childcare and teaching assistance.
Proficiency in English.
A loving and respectful individual with strong faith.
