Marua Equipment limited amongst other things is a supplier of Motorcycles in Tanzania, delivering reliable transportation solutions in the country.

– Education: At least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Economics / Administration or a related field.

– Experience: At least 3 years of experience in management, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.

Age : Not more than 35 years

Knowledge and Skills:

– Strong leadership and team management abilities.

– Experience in strategic planning and operations management.

– Financial management skills, including budgeting and reporting.

– Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

– Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

– Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

Overseeing the daily operations of the sales, marketing, assembly line, and storekeeping teams.
Should develop strategies to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction
Ensuring efficient inventory management practices are in place to maintain optimal stock levels.
Implementing quality control measures to ensure quality company final MC products.
Should represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Should prepare financial reports, including sales forecasts, profit and loss statements, and budget analysis.
Should collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales.
