Lodge Managers And Supervisors Job Vacancy
We are looking for professional lodge Manager and Lodge supervisor to join our team.
LODGE MANAGERS
Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicate with the reservation department on the client’s arrival and departure.
- Greeting and briefing clients with basic information about the Lodges, managing client services during their stay there, and resolving any client complaints.
- To ensure all staff are motivated, have a high standard of work ethic, and follow the company procedures at all times.
- Inspect clients’ rooms, public areas, and grounds for cleanliness and appearance.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, determined to resolve issues quickly.
- Oversee assigned duties of staff to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with the set rules.
- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the lodge and its grounds.
Coordinate repairs and renovations to ensure a safe and attractive environment for guests.
- Managing the movement of staff according to company policy.
- Inventory management of the lodge assets managing inventory levels for supplies, equipment, and amenities, ensuring sufficient stock for daily operations.
- Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the lodge and its grounds.
- Coordinate repairs and renovations to ensure a safe and attractive environment for guests.
- Implement cost-effective measures while maintaining quality service at the Lodge.
- Prepare and submit reports on lodge activities, occupancy, and service performance.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to guest services and operations as required by the Office.
General Requirements
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Previous experience working in lodges will be highly valued.
- Good English speaking, leadership skills, guest-oriented, strong communication skills.
- Flexibility, reliability, and excellent leadership skills.
- Positive attitude, and a hospitable service-oriented attitude.
- Age between 30-45 years old.
LODGE SUPERVISORS
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing guest services and activities provided by staff.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and grounds for cleanliness and appearance.
- Oversee staff assigned duties and ensure compliance with Lodges and National Parks rules.
- To manage all the Lodge’s daily, weekly, and monthly operations.
- Inspect client rooms, public areas, and grounds for cleanliness and appearance.
- To maintain strong cooperation and communication with operations departments and their teams.
- Coordinating back-of-house activities at the Lodge like maintenance and asset management.
- Ensure that overall property repairs and maintenance are followed through, focusing on preventive maintenance in coordination with the Operations Department.
- Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to foster a positive work environment.
- Address and resolve issues that arise during daily operations with staff
General Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in the hospitality industry as a supervisor.
- Leadership skills, guest-oriented, strong communication skills.
- Team orientation, faithfulness, and excellent leadership skills
- Flexibility, commitment, dedication, and reliability
