Requirement
l Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
l Proficient in operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or macOS and strong understanding of networking
l Excellent verbal and written communication skills
l Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical personnel
l Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
l Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
