Job Title: Implementation Manager

Reports To: Project Manager

Job Type: Contract Based

Job Summary:

An Implementation Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful integration and deployment of new products, services, or systems within an organization. They are responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of implementation projects, ensuring that they meet defined objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal stakeholder and customer to understand demands and expectations
• Drive performance and customer excellence
• Performance management of unit and staff
• Drive culture, behavior and attitude through Ericsson’s core values
• ASPs management and forecasting
• Ensure up-to-date processes implemented with all staff

Qualifications:

• Min years of experience: 7 to 9 years where as 2-4 years in similar management position
  • Min years of technical experience: 5-7 years working in Engineering , Integration and Deployment
  • Domain experience: Deep understanding of site installation and commissioning, hands on experience will be a plus
  • Deep understanding of Service Delivery
