At Great Wall Tobacco Company (T) Limited, we are committed to excellence in manufacturing and delivering high-quality tobacco products. As part of our growing operations, we are looking for skilled and motivated professionals to join our team in administration, human resources, and cash handling.

Human Resources (HR) and Administration Officer 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee training programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Address employee concerns and foster a positive workplace environment.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, performance management, and payroll.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure organizational efficiency.
  • Maintain and organize company records, documents, and communication.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, schedules, and events.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of HR  and administrative role experience .
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
