ZanTours is the leading DMC in Zanzibar offering exceptional travel experiences. We are seeking a dynamic Head of Workshop to lead and manage our workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage our local workshop staff.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate workshop activities and collaborate with other departments.
• Implement process improvements and ensure safety protocols and control the same
• Manage inventory and resources.
• Report to Managing Director.

Qualifications:

• Professional English speaker.
• Proven leadership experience in workshop or operations management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in the travel/tourism industry is a plus.
