Kazini Kwetu Limited on behalf of client is looking for General Manager. The successful candidate will be based in Dar es Salaam and their main duty will be to increase the company’s market share in the printing industry.

 Responsibilities: 

• Takes the lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing how departments work together to reach company goals.
• Comes up with fresh ideas that will set the company apart from competitors.
• Determines the direction of business by working with management and leading team members to create and implement strategies and goals.
• Builds a positive and productive culture in the workplace by listening to employee opinions, recognizing team’s accomplishments and effectively communicates the direction of the company.
• Consults with investors and other entities to decide which direction the company should go.
• Keeps up with current trends in the industry and modern business practices by reading periodicals and consulting with peers.
• Overseeing daily business operations by developing and implementing growth strategies.
• Creating and managing budgets. Examining how the company can cut expenses and increase revenue.
• Evaluating performance and productivity.
• Researching and identifying growth opportunities.

• Qualifications:

• A minimum of ten years in the printing industry with a minimum of three years at managerial positions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good knowledge of ALL business functions
• High ICT literacy
• Organised, ethical and proactive.
