Job Description
We have the opportunity for you to join us in the role of Fundraising Manager, based in Dar es Salaam.
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Fundraising Manager to join our team and lead our fundraising initiatives.
This role will directly supervise the Team Lead (Street and Family), Team Lead (Economic Strengthening) and Project Officer – Monitoring and Evaluation.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet our financial goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners.
- Organise and manage fundraising events and campaigns.
- Identify and pursue new funding opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling fundraising materials.
We are looking for proven experience in securing funds from government and statutory organisations as well as corporates and trusts and foundations. You will have excellent communication and people skills as well as strong organisational and project management abilities. You will have a proactive and results-oriented mindset as well as a passion for our mission and a desire to make a lasting impact.
