INTRODUCTION: 

Mkulazi Holding Company Ltd (MHCL) is a joint venture company currently owned by National Social Security Fund (NSSF) and Tanzania Prisons Service. The principal activity of the company is to produce quality sugar and related downstream products such as bio-ethanol, particle boards, pulp. The Company is implementing sugar project at Mbigiri Estate located in Kilosa District Morogoro Region targeting to produce 50,000MT of sugar per annum once full operational.

Front loader operator/Wheel Loader – 3 Posts:

He/She will be reporting to – Shift Engineers.

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities:

1. Inspecting equipment before and after each use including oil,          transmission fluid and greasing;
2. Maintain proper records of machine in the log book;
3. Perform effective operation of the equipment by recognizing unusual machine movements and sound;
4. Effectively and safely operate machines, utilize machine specific controls and attachments to complete all lawful assigned tasks;
5. Interpret verbal and non-verbal communication (including hand signals) from operators, ground personnel and rigger and act accordingly; and
6. Perform any other lawful duties assigned by

Academic Qualifications and Working Experiences

Holder of Form four (4) certificate and above. At least two (2) years working experience as Front loader operator with class F   license.
