THE JOB

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dining establishments, ensuring impeccable service, and creating a delightful ambiance for the guests.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

i. Lead and inspire a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff to provide top-notch service and maintain a harmonious work environment.

ii. Ensure guests’ needs are met and exceeded by promptly addressing concerns, providing recommendations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

iii. Uphold the highest standards of service, training your team to deliver exceptional service with warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail.

iv. Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency to ensure they meet the required standards.

v. Work closely with the culinary team to coordinate food and beverage offerings, menus, and special events.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· A Diploma in Hospitality or a related field. A bachelors Degree will be an added advantage

· At least 4 years of experience in a related role in a well-established hotel.
