Duties

• Build, train l, Manage and motivate the team of distributors across rural areas to deliver.
• Ensure the sales growth and control the level attrition
• Preapare and updating regular report for Field activitities for decision making and bussiness improvement
• Attend clients complains propose immediate ways to resolve
• Mantain organisation properties and reputations among her clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma education in any related field. (Sales and marketing is prefered)
• Results focused person
• At least one years experience in direct sales and managing teams.
• Good communicators
• Willing for field travel for 60% of his/ her job
• Mult tasker
• Able to work under tights deadlines.
• Able to use Ms officce prefered google suite.
• Females candidate are encouraged to apply.
• Preferd candidates that lives in Dodoma.
