(i) Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the formulation and implementation of ICT strategies.
• Ensure adherence to ICT policies and standards.
• Oversee ICT programs and activities.
• Coordinate systems development, implementation, and maintenance.
• Prepare the ICT budget and procurement plans.
• Supervise and manage ICT projects within planned timelines and budget projections.
• Prepare work plans, conduct staff performance appraisals, and submit performance reports.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

(ii) Qualifications and Experience

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Certification in Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Certified Systems Developer (MCSD), or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
• At least 5 years of management-level experience.
