MKCB target markets are small and medium sized entrepreneurs, companies, SACCOS, intitutions such as schools, universities, hospitals and corporations. Academic Qualifications
• A University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or relevant field

Technical Skills/ Competencies
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar job managing business portfolios – business banking / SME, Commercial or Corporate in financial institution
• In-depth knowledge of the local banking industry, banking products, services, and regulations
• Good communications, influencing, leaderships,
selling and negotiations skills
