POSITION: Branch Manager

Role Summary: Overseeing daily operations, developing strategies, managing staff performance, and fostering customer relationships.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, preferably accounting, banking & finance, business administration, microfinance, or entrepreneurship.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the microfinance industry, at least 2 of them in a supervisory role.
A proven track record in leading teams, driving sales growth, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of industry legal framework.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in Office Suite applications (e.g., Word, Excel).
