Position Title: Bartender

Responsibilities

1. Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders
2. Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar
3. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
4. Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials
5. Plan and present bar menu
6. Comply with all food and beverage regulations
7. Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays
8. Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
9. Keep the bar counter and work area neat and clean at all times

Qualifications

1. Certificate in Hotel management
2. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance.
4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Strong task and time management abilities.
6. Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
